Customer, by agreeing to rent from West Coast Walkies & Production Supplies (WCW), you are agreeing to abide by the conditions & terms described herein.
Insurance
Prior to the start of the rental, please email a certificate of insurance naming: R&R, 926 Seascape Circle, Rodeo, CA 94572 as additionally insured.
Terms
All invoice payments are due in full within 30 days of the conclusion of the shoot/event, unless other specific terms have been arranged.
Customers with delinquent accounts are required to pay account balance in full, prior to the start of a new shoot or event, unless other specific terms have been arranged. Renter is liable for any & all costs including legal fees, incurred by WCW in an effort to collect past due charges.
Larger orders may require a deposit.
Responsibilities
All rental equipment is made available for inspection. Failure to inspect rental items waives Renter's right to claim equipment was not in conformity with those requested & in a functioning state of repair at the time of delivery.
Renter agrees to pay for repairs of damage beyond normal wear & tear. If any rented equipment is lost, destroyed, damaged or for any reason is not returned to WCW, Renter agrees to replace said equipment with new equipment of similar kind or pay WCW, the replacement value of the same. For Radios, replacement is $550.
If WCW discovers damages or losses after return, Renter shall pay all repair costs or replacement part costs of rented equipment.
If Renter fails to return equipment when due or pay rental thereafter, WCW, may declare Renter in default & shall have the right to take said equipment from Renter & recover all damages, rental, costs, & attorney fees. Renter waives any claim for damages resulting from such action.
